What we do
Alpha Relife is a B2B marketplace connecting pharmacies with licensed pharmacists for on-demand temporary shifts. Pharmacies post coverage; verified pharmacists bid blind; the platform handles assignment, attendance, payment, and the invoice.
We are deliberately not a job board. A listing that sits unanswered solves nothing — what an owner needs is the shift covered, the attendance confirmed, and the money moved, without any of it landing back on their desk.
What we optimize for
Three things, measured.
Reliability
Fill rate and time-to-fill are the product. Confirmation windows, verified clock-in, and a strike policy exist so a filled shift is a shift that actually gets worked.
Trust
Credentials are verified before a pharmacist can bid. Ratings are mutual and blind. Every dispute has a paper trail with an actor, a timestamp, and a diff.
Automation
